Scenario: You’re starring at your blog as your brain is drawing a complete blank, and as you stare at the screen you ask yourself, “Hmm, what should I write blog about today?” It’s no strange thing for a blogger to come up with a case of blogger’s block, aka writers block, which was an old familiar term for writers before the dawn of blogs.
Fortunately, the more blogs there are, the greater your opportunity to break through blogger’s block! Keywords pertaining to your blog is one focus and strategy you can use to pull you out of blogger’s block. Inspiration can be found everywhere on the Internet as you search through some keywords of relevancy for your blog. It’s also a good seo strategy to write about the keywords that you are either already ranking high in, or wish to. So, if you have blogger’s block, one idea is to use keyword searches to get your inspiration flowing again. You can either search through your favorite search engine, a place like Google Blog Search or in my case today, Twitter.
As I mentioned, inspiration is everywhere and today inspiration came my way for this blog post, after checking out a persons blog post from Twitter, which I found after they chose to follow me on Twitter!

Seasoned bloggers know about the importance of using keywords for driving more traffic to their blogs. In other words, they focus on using a good keyword, keyword phrase, or multiple keywords for increasing their potential traffic. It takes time to analyze potential keywords, or to identify the right keyword for a blog post. Once you have identified the best keyword to use, it’s also good if you can take advantage of any link building opportunities using the keyword as your anchor text. Keyword linking for anchor text will also help bring in more traffic to your blog.
Although there are numerous keyword tools to use, you can easily begin by looking at your stats in services such as Alexa, and Google Analytics. Both services will show you the exact keywords which are driving traffic to your blog. Keep in mind however, that it doesn’t mean those are necessarily the best keywords to use, and be open-minded with your research to seek other keywords to improve your traffic. You’ll also want to keep in mind the fact that just because you feel it would be a big traffic driving word to use, that the majority of the people who search for something may not ever use the term you feel is good. That’s why a good keyword tool is helpful and will assist you with your analysis. Would you like to take a guess for what the keyword was that I used in this blog post? Lol – I’ve already given away the answer! Happy blogging, as you write blog posts to drive more traffic from keywords!
