Key Word Exchange

Some of you may still wonder how you can propose a Link & Blog Challenge with other members. One of the easiest ways is to consider key words that your blogs have in common. As you look through our members blogs, think of key words that relate to both of your blogs, or that could be used within a blog post to create the relevancy and tie your post subject matter together.

Are You Up for A Challenge?

You may be asking, “So what really is a Link & Blog Challenge?”

Obviously we already know what a link, a blog, and a challenge are as they stand separately,
but what happens when you put the three together?

LINK: First you must have a desire to link to other blogs, regardless of their popularity within the search engines, regardless of their rank. The exception of course would be blogs that are offensive to the readers or to the search engines, but that’s a topic for another day. If we all only wanted to link to the big dogs, the little dogs would never get anywhere. In the long run we will be rewarded by the search engines by linking not only to other blogs, both big and small, but most importantly by linking with relevancy.

BLOG: Second, we all know how to blog, or maybe you came here to learn how to blog. If you are ready to blog then you are ready for a challenge!

CHALLENGE: The third component is where the fun comes in. I think the The American Heritage Dictionary says it best with their 4th definition of challenge, “A test of one’s abilities or resources in a demanding but stimulating undertaking.”

Wow! That says it perfectly doesn’t it! So we put those all together and here is what we have, and the common goal we all share:

We have the desire to link to other blogs, regardless of their popularity, but with the important goal to create relevancy between the blog posts we link with. This is for the benefit of our readers, and for the benefit of practicing good seo (search engine optimization). In order to do so, we present one another with a challenge, which will test one’s abilities or resources in a demanding but stimulating undertaking!

So there you have a Link and Blog Challenge! Are you up for a challenge? If so, isn’t it time you contact one of our members and present to them a Link & Blog Challenge?

A terrific tool with many eye openers about your site. My only disappointment with this service is the fact that they do not provide enough details in regards to the referer when the visitor came to your site from an organic search result, and even if it was from a search in Google! :(
