Business and Wealth Expo

Another day, another dollar as they say. Hopefully as our days go by it’s more dollars in each day than we know what to do with, but such is not the case for most in life. There is a way to increase the dollars you gain every day by using more of your entrepreneurial spirit and investing your time into business opportunities — off line or online.

Are you an entrepreneur at heart? Or, perhaps an investor looking for the right opportunity? If so, the Wealth Expo in New York would possibly be of interest to you, and it starts next week! The three-day conference features keynote speeches from well-known investment professionals, exhibitions by some of the largest public and private companies in the world, and opportunities to network like no other investment seminar today.

There are numerous sessions to attend over the three days. If I were to choose one, the session that sounds interesting to me is the one called, “Top Five Things to Consider Before You Buy A Franchise” by Colleen De Baise of SmartMoney.

Why would I select that session? Years ago I came up with a franchise idea, and although I have yet to pursue the adventure, it would be good to know the top five things to consider before anyone would want to invest in my franchise — if I one day realize the dream. I’m still optimistic that I will, but there are other priorities on my plate at the moment to iron out first. Timing is everything, but life goes by too fast so it’s important to pursue our dreams and goals, especially as entrepreneurs! :D

Investing in your future doesn’t have to only be through the market, and if you don’t have many dollars to invest then a business to create wealth for your future through hard work and sweat equity just might be the right viable option for you.

What’s your internet motivation, or inspiration? Are you currently happy where you’re at with your Internet position with your blogs, website or other marketing goal online? The Internet offers us each a wonderful opportunity and platform to achieve a dream, a big dream for some.

Although success is not measured entirely by the financial success one has in life, it certainly attributes to the level of security we have to enable us to live with freedom, and living with freedom blesses us with the ability to achieve more. Do you have what it would take to succeed with your Internet motivations and inspirations, and to become a future two-percenter?

Have you taken the “Live in the Two” test? Their experts identified five distinct categories and character traits to determine a person’s ultimate likelihood of their potential success and achievement. With that information they provide a fun test to help you determine where you stand as a potential top two percenter!

I decided to take them up on the offer for the free test. My results indicated that I score high in optimism and passion. :D The downside though is that I need improvement in the area of self-discipline, but I need not feel alone with that one since most people do have a need for improvement with self-discipline. The test was interesting to take and fun to learn from.

You may wonder why anyone should be determined to “live in the two”? First and foremost, for peace of mind! Once a person establishes financial freedom, the sky is the limit with how they can devote their time and energy.

There is also a significant level of benefit for ones health as well because if you’re successful and have financial freedom then you should be under less stress, and as you know stress is hard on your health.

To me the most important reason to become successful with your inspiration, is the fact that it generally means you are not only attaining your goals, but most likely doing what you were created to do!

If your focus with your Internet motivation or other inspirations is to succeed long term, it just may be time for you to determine if you also want to live in the two!

Blog Header Design

For those of you who have read my blog before this weekend, you may have noticed the change in my header design. I was bored with just the text, so over the weekend I decided to add in some fun characters to jazz things up a bit. But, is it my blog’s life-long logo? No, probably not, but it perked things up and makes my blog stand out from others who may have a similar template.

Of course you do reserve the right to not like my new header design, but if you don’t – well that’s just tough – lol. :D I had fun with it, even though it was really not a priority on my plate right now. At least it might add some whimsy into your day, or mine!

Happy Blogging!

If you’re like me you probably frequent numerous forums. I’m sure you’ve also encountered forum threads where an individual expresses the fact that they want to have a blog, yet they really aren’t sure what a blog is. Hey, that’s OK, it is seemingly a strange name, or is it?

Created from the combination of the two words, web and log, the blog or weblog, was brought to life and given birth! In 1994 the blog evolved from an online diary, and the fact that it has been around that long may surprise some. Now we are living in AD, “after distribution of blogs” – lol, and many people have become addicted with how fun blogging really is. :D

If you recently learned about blogs and made the choice to create a blog, rest assured you are not the only one who has not known what a blog or weblog was until recently. For myself I didn’t know what blog’s were until several years ago. Like most of us who create blogs, once you learn how fun it is, as they say, the rest is history!

Happy blogging!

Blogging Predicted by Einstein

Einstein

1964 Internet Prediction

History has a way of making predictions. In 1964 when one text book was written little did they know they were predicting the capabilities of the Internet, a search engine such as Google, and even a flat screen to view the information!

This is quite interesting to look at and I don’t want to steal this persons thunder with what they compiled on their site to demonstrate the point, so you’ll want to take a look at what the Web Owls internet prediction was, to see what I mean! Wow! Who could have known?

Blogging Away Debt

Debt and too many credit cards are something our society is plagued with, as well as other civilized nations. Suddenly, as we are overcome by accumulating too much debt we may become somewhat uncivilized to live with! As a blogger you have the opportunity to blog away some of your debt.

The most difficult type of debt to blog away is what you may have accumulated through the use of credit cards. As blogger’s we are also more vulnerable with possible online fraud as we seek to find other money-making opportunities such as ebook’s that we may purchase with the use of our credit cards, which can lead to making purchases from fraudulent sites if we are not careful.

As life goes on, the vicious cycle of debt accumulation continues, and we have the greater need of blogging for more dollars in order to avoid accumulating more debt through the use of credit cards! If we must have credit cards, the least we can do is to use the ones that offer the best rates and lowest fees, so you might want to use a card guide to locate the best ones.

If you are planning to blog away debt, I think one of the best strategies to apply is to not take on more credit than what you really should. Plus, in order to reduce the debt, don’t take on more debt than what you can blog away if that is how you will be paying off the cards! Long story short, stay focused on earning extra money from blogging if your goal is to blog away your debts!
