A seasonal downer may be what some of you experience with your blogs in the summer, and I’m referring to it as the “summertime blogging blues”, meaning your blog may be suffering from a downturn in traffic. Those who may normally be spending many hours online are perhaps enjoying outdoor activities, time with their families and time off for vacation.

Secondly, if you’re like me our weather has been terrible where I live in the Pacific Northwest and it just doesn’t seem like summer much at all! Have no despair though my blogging friends! By all means, don’t stop posting on your blogs due to any summertime blogging blues your blog (or you) may be suffering.

Even if it means you may be posting only once a week, that is better than not at all! Remember, what you post today is still online tomorrow, and what you post today could mean the difference in traffic you’ll experience once summer is over. Keep up the good blog posting and also enjoy your summer - that is if it’s summer where you are!
